NeuroCore AI provides artificial intelligence solutions including but not limited to:

  • Machine Learning APIs and services
  • Natural Language Processing tools
  • AI-powered chatbot solutions
  • Data analytics and visualization
  • Cloud-based AI infrastructure

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. API Usage and Rate Limits

Your use of our APIs is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan:

  • Free Plan: 1,000 requests per month
  • Starter Plan: 50,000 requests per month
  • Pro Plan: 500,000 requests per month
  • Enterprise Plan: Unlimited requests

Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension of services or additional charges.

5. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All payments are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by NeuroCore AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content processed through our Services.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Services
  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

8. Limitation of Liability

NeuroCore AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
